Ganimede in Galaxidi
A delightful hotel with an excellent international reputation, Hotel Ganimede is a 19th century captain's house with an idyllic garden and patio. The hotel is set in a quiet part of Galaxidi, a beautiful ancient town on the Gulf of Corinth, near the archeological site of Delphi.
The hotel offers a tasteful hospitality to its guests. Unforgettable and plentiful breakfasts with home-made jams, chutneys and patés are served in the flowery courtyard. Breakfast at Hotel Ganimede includes a selection of fresh bread, an assortment of home-made jams and chutneys, an extraordinary fresh orange juice, a cake with its dedicated lemon curd filling, ham, cheese, olive paste, hummus, fresh fruits, your choice of eggs, and coffee or tea. Products come from the Galaxidi countryside and are carefully selected. The bread is made by Kostas and the cake by Chrisoula, the two owners of the hotel.
